Christopher
Walsh has been a Florida resident for the last 12
years establishing businesses through-out the South
Florida area. He is a licensed nurse specializing
in the prevention and treatment of drug and alcohol
addiction. Chris has worked in the substance abuse
field for the past 15 years. He often speaks publicly
on the issue of addiction, making appearances for
local charities and national organizations. |
Chris recently appeared on the Dr. Phil Show as an expert
in the process of addiction treatment, providing a scholarship
for the family of a teenager in need of addiction treatment.
Chris recently participated as a member on the nominating
committee for the PRISM Awards, in which he rated television
shows, documentaries, and major motion pictures depicting
the cycle of addiction and its impact on individuals and
families.
Chris focuses his efforts on raising awareness on adolescent
drug and alcohol abuse. He promotes the prevention and
treatment efforts needed to protect our nation’s
youth.
Together Karen & Chris own and operate two addiction
treatment centers: Inspirations For Youth and Families (InspirationsYouth.com)
and the Cove Center For Recovery (CoveCenterForRecovery.com), both located in Broward
County Florida. |
